Bright Beginnings

Inspiring a Love for Sports and Play in Early Years

Giving Children a Healthier Start to Life

The One Goal Bright Beginnings programme inspires a Love for physical activity at an early age, helping young children develop key motor movements, personal confidence as well as social interaction skills. With our Bright Beginnings programme, your nursery and reception children can develop positive sport experiences at an early age, building core motor skills, developing an appreciation for physical activity, and learning about healthy lifestyles in a fun learning environment.

The Bright Beginnings Curriculum

Our Bright Beginnings curriculum is in line with the EYFS guidelines and our expert tutors use hundreds of fun and engaging games and physical activities, as well as storytelling and music to engage each child on an individual level and to meet curriculum objectives. We deliver the programme across 6 fun and interactive themes to inspire imaginative thinking, to stimulate learning, and to ensure each child is completely engaged.

The Bright Beginnings programme can be delivered in your Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage:

  • With a completely Flexible approach. Our Morning Movers programme is suited to morning learning, while Afternoon Adventures will keep children engaged throughout the day.
  • With focused sessions that last for approx 30 minutes per group, the optimum time for sustained engagement.
  • With expert tutors who will work with groups of 15 children at one time to ensure that each child receives focused attention.

What Schools are Saying

Our One Goal Coach is valued by all the nursery children. Their willingness to adapt to different classes is great and their enthusiasm has really helped provide our younger children with the physical entitlement that they deserve.
